Fabiano Jares - Doctor en Ciencia de Alimentos (UNICAMP), tiene experiencia en enzimas microbianas e ingeniería de cepas con CRISPR. Ha trabajado en CNPEM, DTU y actualmente es Científico Senior en Bactolife, enfocado en la producción de anticuerpos.

Josep Villena - PhD in Biology from the University of Barcelona, with postdoctoral training in France, the U.S., and the Scripps Research Institute. Since 2007, he has led the Metabolism and Obesity Laboratory at the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute, studying mitochondrial biogenesis and metabolic diseases. Author of 43 articles, he supervises PhD and postdoctoral students and is a member of scientific committees.
